best western plus was a pleasant surprise! after a disappointing previous stay in provo, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the comfortable rooms, convenient location, and delicious breakfast made our family holiday enjoyable. we loved the quiet atmosphere and couldn't hear any noise from other guests. it was a great choice for us.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Provo for a few days while visiting BYU. The location was perfect, with easy access to the freeway and the campus. The lobby was updated and inviting, and I especially enjoyed the Indian restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge, and I appreciated the extra pillows and the little patio. it was a great stay!

We loved staying at this hotel. It was centrally located, which made our vacation a lot easier. We were close to everything with plenty of restaurants nearby. This place really offers everything you need, the dry cleaning service and the ironing facilities were life-savers and the comfy room had all the necessary amenities like the air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and adjoining rooms. It was spotless and we loved the garden furniture and fantastic sun terrace.

The breakfast meal was delicious and filling. Unfortunately, the pool and fitness center were closed during our stay, but we could use the treadmill or facilities wi-fi and enjoyed a picnic at the lovely picnic area.

Even though there were a few minor issues like the heating system being loud and the bathroom fan being noisy, overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel could improve on the "Grab & Go" breakfast, as it was of low quality and not very healthy.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with a local supermarket nearby for any last-minute needs, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more.
