Although there was a small mix-up with our reservation, a staff member named Diana quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded us to the correct room with a simple click and a smile. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice perk. our experience at the Courtyard was excellent thanks to the fantastic staff and convenient location.
