The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive during my stay. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The room was well-appointed, with good quality furniture and a nice sofa for relaxing after a long day.

Felt safe, no complaint.

The Mediterranean Grain Bowl I had at the bistro was a delicious gem, and the oatmeal with blueberries? Absolutely a must-try! The staff were excellent, even helping me carry dinner from Grubhub out to the courtyard.

While the location felt a bit remote, it gave us the reason to explore our favorite Rochester spots—a little adventure never hurts, right?

The bistro had some awesome options and their market in the lobby surprised me with how much food they had.

It wasn’t cheap but still decent for what you get.

During our stay, we were disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, which we had expected for the price. Additionally, the television placement made it uncomfortable to watch while in bed, as it was situated on a dresser beside the bed. It was a minor issue, but the blanket provided had visible stains, which made us hesitant to use it.

I absolutely loved my stay in the King Room! The comfortable bed made for some of the best sleep I've had in ages. Plus, the pool was a delight — clean, warm, and perfect for a late-night swim!

The lobby is beautifully designed and the staff is attentive. Unfortunately, the rooms' couches are very uncomfortable.

I spent four nights at this hotel and enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient for accessing the airport and local dining. I was pleased with the clean rooms and comfortable beds. Having a fitness center available was nice as well. I remember ordering breakfast and trying the blueberry pancakes, which were a highlight for me. Being from Italy, I loved having a chance to experience Americana in a casual setting while enjoying road trips with my partner.

The King room was decent but a little on the smaller side. I liked that it was clean and had a comfortable bed, which really helped me get some good sleep. The air conditioning was noisy though, so that was a bit of a downside. I appreciated the refrigerator and the overall comfort level was okay, just don’t expect anything too fancy. Honestly, the prices felt a bit high for what you get.

Location feels a bit remote and uninspired!!! Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool—very uncomfortable during peak summer heat!!! Room maintenance could certainly use some attention—things are falling apart and not cleaned thoroughly enough!!!

Great location near I390, with three top-rated restaurants just a short walk away. The free parking was a bonus, making it easy for our stay!
