The staff were very professional and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. the facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and a great perk after a long day of exploring San Diego. the location was ideal, being central to many popular attractions in the area. the spacious rooms and comfortable amenities made me feel right at home.

One improvement could be the availability of towels by the pool, as there seemed to be a shortage at times. the parking situation could be more convenient for guests, as having to pay for parking on the hotel property was a minor inconvenience.

Courtyard in Gaslamp area offers renovated rooms with incredible comfort, nice views, and peaceful nights. Convenient Starbucks in the lobby, secure key card access, and hot water in the bathrooms make it a great choice for a relaxing stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring landmarks like Spruce Street Footbridge and Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, enhancing our family bonding experience. The pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind, adding to our overall enjoyment during our stay.

I keep returning here for city breaks. The staff once helped me with late check out. It has everything I need, from Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, to Outdoor swimming pool and Fitness studio. The place suits me perfectly; I have no regrets.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near a fantastic golf course and a charming cafe. The terrace offered a lovely spot to unwind, and the opportunities for kayaking and water skiing in the area were truly exciting. It was a perfect setting for some quality family time.

The room's window AC unit was a bit noisy and disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The Bistro Lounge - I had the most delightful time in the evening at the hotel's Bistro Lounge. Sipping on my cocktail, it felt like I was in an exclusive speakeasy, with the perfect ambiance to unwind after a day of adventures in San Diego.

Mind-blowing staff! We got an awesome top floor room as requested, and the decorations and cleanliness were jaw-dropping. The bed and pillows? Super comfortable! The hotel's location is GREAT, just 10 minutes from the Gaslamp area. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus, and we loved how the water in the bathroom got hot. Feeling extra secure with key card access to all areas, even the elevator, was a huge plus. The customer service during the renovations was amazing, especially Alex at the front desk. They even gave us a complimentary goody bag to make up for the inconvenience. The newly renovated room was fantastic, with cool lamps, comfy beds, and a big smart TV for movie night. Connecting Netflix and Amazon Prime was a breeze. The hotel staff were so thoughtful, offering nice Valentine's gift bags and looking after each other. The friendly greetings from staff made us feel truly welcomed.

Ideal location near dining and shops. Close to Seaworld. Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient access to top attractions like the zoo, aquarium, and museums. Pool and fitness room enjoyable. Starbucks breakfast a hit. a great experience at the Courtyard.
