We loved the proximity to Old Town and the main strip of restaurant row. The hotel staff was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful, with great views and trees. The size and layout of the room were impressive, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make up for a reservation mix-up by offering discounts and free breakfast tickets. The location in Old Town was convenient and we made sure to choose a room away from the freeway to avoid noise. we had a great experience.

We had to book this last minute as our original hotel was renovating, but the staff here were so helpful and accommodating. We were able to get an early check-in, which really saved us time. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive or walk to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town. We loved the underground parking and the convenience of having a balcony/patio in our room. The pool was clean and kid-friendly, with lots of fun pool toys provided. The staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel's location in Old Town was convenient for exploring nearby tourist attractions. We enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant which served tasty meals all day long. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make up for a room mix-up, discounting our stay and even providing us with complimentary breakfast tickets. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from all the great restaurants in Old Town. We also found the room to be spacious and relatively clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was satisfactory.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than our Tempur pedic at home! The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Old Town and its numerous attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better for breakfast was the variety of options.
