We recently stayed at Courtyard in Shelton for a week to visit friends. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from our friends' place. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Despite a few cosmetic imperfections, it didn't bother us as the overall cleanliness and comfort outweighed it. The hotel's pool was a hit with our grandchildren, and we all had a great time. We will definitely be returning here, as it has become our favorite spot.

We had a great stay! The hotel had clean rooms, excellent facilities, convenient parking, and a good location with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Felicia, was attentive and responsive to our needs. We also appreciated the little cafe area and the fact that there were plenty of towels and seating in the lobby. it was a positive experience, especially compared to other locations we've stayed at.

The hotel had some shortcomings that affected my stay. the key card was not activated upon check-in and had intermittent issues throughout my stay, causing unnecessary stress.
