This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is excellent, next to the riverside walks and with easy access to the centennial trail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities like a table/desk and a sleeper sofa. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the included breakfast is a nice touch, although it would be even better with some meat and eggs.

The chairs in the room were not very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from downtown Spokane and the beautiful Riverfront Park. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice courtyard view. We enjoyed having Starbucks in the lobby for a quick coffee fix in the morning. The onsite Bistro had a fantastic breakfast menu and the food was delicious. we had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

My recent stay at Courtyard in Downtown Spokane was delightful. I stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to downtown attractions, which was very convenient. The pool and fitness center were excellent, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. The housekeepers were friendly and kind, always ensuring that my room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the beautiful courtyard, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the river walk, making it a quick walk to the convention center and the center of downtown. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. the carpets in the hotel were dingy and could use replacing.
