I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to some great restaurants and it was a short drive to where I needed to be. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every situation. They even went above and beyond by putting together a cute little birthday snack pack for my son.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Highway 101. The hotel's clean rooms and comfortable environment exceeded our expectations. The lounge, eating area, and outdoor seating in the pool area were impeccably clean and relaxing. The breakfast setup, offering a selection from the Starbucks cafe menu, was a unique and enjoyable experience. We appreciated the friendly and efficient staff during check-in. a superb experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

The rooms in this hotel were surprisingly modern and updated. I was pleasantly surprised to find a king bed with a sofa, allowing me to watch TV from either spot. The ability to login to Hulu or Netflix from the TV was a great feature. The workout room had a good selection of equipment, including treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical machine. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One thing I didn't like about my stay was the reduced cleaning schedule. I had chosen to have cleaning every other day, but it didn't happen as expected.

The value for money was exceptional, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was great, and the staff treated us very well. We had a superb experience at this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Thousand Oaks and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-supplied bathroom. The hotel had a fitness room which, although small, was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by bushes, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It is conveniently close to a variety of fantastic restaurants and a mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that can easily accommodate a family. The bathroom is reasonably sized, and the presence of a microwave and refrigerator in the room is a convenient bonus. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The on-site Starbucks adds to the overall convenience of the stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend wedding and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the location of this hotel is excellent as it is within walking distance to restaurants and a mall, making it convenient for dining and shopping options. Secondly, the modern interior design of the rooms was impressive, giving it a contemporary and stylish feel. Lastly, the breakfast provided a wide variety of options which were absolutely delicious and satisfying.

There was one minor issue with the toilet in my room, but it was promptly fixed after informing the front desk. However, this did not affect my overall positive impression of the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money - with modern interior design and a comfortable bed. Its central location is also a plus, as it's close to some restaurants and everything that happened on the West Coast for a last minute trip. The included breakfast provided many options which were great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the lounge to the eating area and even the outdoor seating by the pool. The rooms were also spotless, including the tub. The trees and shrubs surrounding the pool created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast setup was unique and the oatmeal was surprisingly delicious. The location was convenient, being close to restaurants and stores in Newbury Park.

We had an excellent stay at Courtyard! The front desk manager, Rateb, upgraded us to a spacious king suite upon check-in, even though we booked last minute. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was great too! I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
