Chommies at reception made check-in sharp-sharp, and they even upgraded my room to a killer view. Plus, the proximity to the mall was just perfect for a bit of shopping and eating out—so close, you can just stroll across!

the courtyards' king room with whirlpool was very clean and comfortable. i loved the chair and footstool for lounging! the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the metro. late checkout was a bonus too!

The room was super spacious, and having a mini fridge was a game-changer for snacks. There was a cozy lounge area that served great drinks. We were just a block away from the Metro, which made getting around a breeze. A bit cramped in the bathroom area, though.

the hotel is conveniently located near two major shopping malls and dining options. soundproofing in the rooms is lacking, as conversations can be heard from neighboring rooms.

We had a fun visit to the nearby shopping malls and enjoyed the easy access to the Metro for our family outings. Plus, the hotel’s staff went above and beyond, coordinating a shuttle for our family reunion that made life a lot easier.

I had a great stay! The fitness center was spacious with plenty of equipment, and breakfast was delicious. Just wish they had some outdoor dining options.

The King Room was a nice surprise! Super clean and cozy. I loved having a whirlpool to unwind in while catching a TV show. The chair and footstool were great for lounging, and the mini fridge was a huge plus for snacks. It was easy to stroll to the nearby metro and shopping, too. Just a heads up, the pillows could definitely be better. They felt like sinking into a cloud. But I’d stay here again for sure!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a valuable item, which I truly appreciated. I recommend trying their flatbread pizza at the bar. I'm coming back for Easter!

Only downside was that the layout felt a bit tight in spaces. The housekeeping was really responsive though, addressing my requests quickly.
