I had a last-minute reservation at this hotel and was excited to start my vacation early. However, I received a call from the front desk 5 hours later, saying they were overbooked and my reservation was canceled. After 4 more hours, they called back to say they had a room available again. This experience ruined my first day, but the hotel itself was very nice.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient parking location and the clean spa facilities. the staff at check-in were exceptional in welcoming me. the availability of adapters for electricity was also a helpful feature.

While the plywood walls offered some degree of privacy in the large room, the sounds from other guests could still be disruptive. the lack of bottom-friendly showers was also a drawback.

my stay at crates was even better than my previous stay in miami beach. the rooms were clean and secure, and the spa was amazing. loved the complimentary amenities and breakfast, and the staff was so helpful. it's a great location for meeting people too!

The spa was absolutely amazing, offering a relaxing experience with just the right amount of people. The hotel also had a thoughtful solution for smokers, with balconies on each floor. The "sharing crates" concept was initially confusing, but turned out to be a clever way of creating private spaces within a larger room. The bed was comfy, and the availability of free juice, water, and coffee was a pleasant surprise. an excellent place to stay!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of South Beach and close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the service was top-notch. They welcomed me with a refreshing drink and even had a happy hour. The room amenities were great - I had everything I needed, from ironing facilities to air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace and garden furniture provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and the dining bar/lounge area was perfect for socializing. The leisure spa and wellness center was a highlight, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The sun loungers in the garden area were great for soaking up some sun. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It's a hidden gem, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience.
