We had a great stay at Cresthill Suites Suny University. the reception staff were helpful, and they granted our request for a room away from the elevator. the bed was comfortable and the linens appeared clean. We enjoyed the good selection of channels on the TV, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and dishwasher. the hotel's close proximity to downtown Albany, major highways, and restaurants made it a convenient choice for us.

We were grateful that our special request for a suite with a bedroom and kitchen was accommodated. Everything was spot on.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with basic amenities and rooms that even have a kitchen. The location is also very convenient as it is close to the highway and just opposite the State University of New York at Albany, perfect for visiting families. The breakfast provided is also top-notch with waffles and eggs, a great start to a day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities at Cresthill Suites. The separate sitting room and fully equipped kitchen were amazing. The breakfast was great and the hotel was overall very clean and well-maintained. I even had a comfortable pull-out sofa for my son.

The only complaint I have is that the bed was a bit dusty, but considering my allergy to dust, it's understandable. Additionally, the bathroom could use better ventilation and the WiFi network was not secured.

With Cresthill Suites Suny University, I definitely got great value for my money. The room was clean, modern, and spacious – a total delight.
