The price was affordable and the space was perfect for our family. We loved having a kitchen and living room area to spread out and relax. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful upon our arrival. the room size exceeded our expectations, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. the location was centrally located near several beautiful waterfalls.

The buildings near the lake were actually owned by other people and the hotel was about 5 minutes away. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, and the beds were uncomfortably hard.

The unit at Crown Resorts was immaculate and cozy, making me feel right at home. The layout was well-thought-out and added to the overall comfort. I had a great experience with the friendly and helpful staff, especially Brent. The restaurant on-site was amazing, and the bartender was awesome.

The floors in the unit were a bit unstable, which made me feel dizzy and nauseous. There were a few cleanliness issues, such as dust on top of the coffee pot and a small stain on the wall.

The large space of the room was great for the value. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items. The restaurant on the premises was convenient, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was much larger than expected and provided plenty of space for our group. Additionally, the location was centrally located between several waterfalls, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.
