We got great value for our money at Crowne Plaza in Annapolis. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff treated us with friendliness and courtesy. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby.

Food for breakfast could be improved with better management of wait times.

Disappointed with lack of New Year's Eve celebration. As a guest coming from out of town, we expected some type of special event or celebration at the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable rooms and beds. It's in a fantastic location near everything - close to many restaurants of all types and right next to a large mall. Plus, breakfast is included with muffins or similar fare.

Quiet and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, great location near shopping and dining options. Toiletries provided were lovely and the pool/hot tub were enjoyable amenities. As a member of a rewards program, I'm curious about point earnings and redemption options.

For us it was ideal.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants and there was a huge mall right across the street. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities in the room were great. There was a sitting area and a terrace where we could relax. We appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable too.

We had a bit of a wait at check-in, but the breakfast buffet made up for it. We were able to eat in our room and go, which was convenient for our busy day.

Recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Annapolis for a short trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet all our needs. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable beds in the nicely furnished rooms. Despite the restaurant being closed, the staff recommended other nearby options for meals. During a tornado, they ensured the safety of all guests and provided bottled water. a wonderful experience with excellent service.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The shower was clean and refreshing, and the hotel had a convenient location. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room with modern decor. Lobby still decorated for holidays. Friendly staff, especially Rosetta who provided exceptional service. Enjoyed the coffee bar and hot apple cider. Would definitely stay again.

We had an issue with our toilet overflowing but housekeeping was quick to respond with a wet/dry vacuum. We wish they used disinfectant on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good but could have been better if OJ was refilled. we enjoyed our stay.
