My ✨ favorite ✨ part was the stunning garden area with waterfalls. The breakfast 🥞 was a disappointment; took too long to order. The staff 🌟 was exceptional despite room cleanliness issue.

As seasonal event visitors attending a concert at Dunwoody Marta station, we chose to stay at this hotel due to its convenient location on the perimeter. The beautiful garden and water features outside provided a picturesque backdrop for photography, and the on-site dining at Parkwoods was both delicious and reasonably priced. The comfortable beds ensured we had a restful night's sleep after the eventful evening. Overall, despite a few minor issues with communication and amenities, our stay was enjoyable and met our needs adequately.

The Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter At Ravinia is a beautiful hotel, with a clean and modern look. I especially enjoyed the indoor garden in the lobby. The well-maintained grounds felt like a serene Japanese garden. The location is convenient with a mall nearby, and the rooms were cozy and spotless. The relaxation facilities like the indoor swimming pool and terrace added to our family bonding time. Exploring nearby landmarks such as the Anne Frank in The World Exhibit and the Perimeter Mall made our trip even more memorable.

The Starbucks connected to the hotel was a convenient touch. Despite some cleanliness and service issues, the ambience of the property was a standout feature.

Exceptional Staff Service and Accommodation

The hotel staff, from the front desk to the valet, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing helpful and accommodating service at every turn. the rooms were clean and comfortable, although some improvements could be made with regards to the cleaning schedule and room size. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, the excellent customer service truly stood out and made for an overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel is so beautiful, with waterfalls inside and outside surrounded by a lovely forest and flower garden, and the bonfire and grill are great additions for a chill time; also, the staff did a fantastic job of helping me retrieve my forgotten items. 😊 The indoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing; unfortunately, a few staff members seemed a bit rude, but that didn't hamper my overall great experience.

The spacious WorkLife Corner Rooms on the higher floors really enhanced my stay at the hotel. The stunning view from the room made it feel like I was floating above the city. It was like having a front-row seat to a mesmerizing Atlanta skyline painting.
