We got great value for our money with a comfortable and clean room. The staff at Crowne Plaza were exceptional, going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but that was the only minor issue we encountered during our stay.

The service at this hotel was spectacular, from the friendly and helpful staff to the efficient shuttle service. The shuttle driver was especially amazing, as they helped us navigate the area and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the lobby was beautiful. Additionally, the hotel had a great location near the Mall of America, which was perfect for our Christmas shopping trip.

One negative aspect was that the shuttle from the Mall of America was 15 minutes late. Another downside was that the hotel did not have iPods available for use, which would have been a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and Honey, who checked me in, was especially welcoming. The location was ideal, as it was close to major shopping and restaurants. Plus, there was a shuttle available to the airport, which made traveling so much easier. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The room amenities were also top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities available. The staff was always willing to help, whether it was opening the restaurant for me or providing any assistance I needed. it was a fantastic experience.

The room was small but cozy, perfect for a short stay. The staff provided great assistance and the entrance had a lovely view. The bathroom had a modern feel, especially the mirror and shower. At $90, it was definitely worth the price.

This hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from both the airport and downtown Minneapolis. It is also close to the famous Mall of America and offers easy access to all the amenities you could need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, and there are additional facilities such as a pool and fitness center for guests to enjoy.

Rooms were clean and staff extremely friendly. Great pool and easy access to the mall which was nice. Bar staff and atmosphere was great. Nice place to stop and watch the game before bed.

Not suitable for families as pool area had strict food and drink policy. Pool pump broke overnight and pool was closed for the rest of the stay.

The location was perfect for my needs, not too close to the Mall but still close enough to find food and shopping options nearby. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and professional, always there to assist me with any requests. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious meals. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also convenient additions. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It may be somewhat hard to get to and from, as it's located on a one-way partially from the interstate, but the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, which makes transportation easier.

Great location for shopping and food options within walking distance. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. the beds were comfortable, and there were many amenities available such as free WiFi, a large TV with many channels, and a clean pool area.

The hallways had low and dingy ceilings, and the hotel was not very quiet because the crowd in the lobby and bar was rough. some of the front desk clerks were not very helpful.
