We loved the convenient location, with easy access to downtown Charleston and a fantastic tourist information center nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The shuttle drivers and daytime staff were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plenty of "free" parking was a bonus.

This place is perfect for shopping with the outlets right across the street. The location near South Charleston with easy access to downtown is ideal. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern with an air of luxury. The staff offered their spot, which was kind, and even gave my husband and I a fruit tray for our anniversary.

Breakfast service took too much time and there was an additional cost for it.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Charleston for a family visit. The staff was friendly, the room spacious with a comfortable bed, and the location was convenient. The hotel had a nice bar and the breakfast was delicious. The decor in the common areas was impressive and added to the overall ambiance. The assistance provided by Chanel and Kaiya during breakfast was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The room at the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having 3 sets of towels and 4 pillows on each bed. The staff was outstanding and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The Sweetgrass Restaurant served delicious food, and the location of the hotel right off the highway made it convenient for exploring the Charleston area.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the room itself was comfortable and clean, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the housekeeping staff did not replace or clean any of the drinkware in our room, leaving us with dirty glasses and an untouched tray of fruit for two days.
