The beds and pillows in the database were incredibly comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the convenience of the parking service and the delicious breakfast provided. The staff at the hotel were professional, kind, and handled the Dallas gathering ban with efficiency and friendliness.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially Maneisha Gray, Colton, and Amanda.

The concierge was amazing! When I asked for a razor, it was delivered to my room in less than 5 minutes. Plus, whoever dropped it off noticed our heat was off and turned on the heater. Fantastic service, clean room, and friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel near the Galleria. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great additions, providing delicious food and refreshing drinks.

The only issue I had was a slight delay in receiving my drink at the bar. The waiter was so engrossed in conversations with others that by the time they came back to ask if I had received my drink, 15 minutes had passed and I decided to cancel the order.

The hotel's location in a prime area was convenient for exploring. It was in the center of a bustling shopping district and near top-rated restaurants. The spacious room was clean with a decent bathroom. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff were attentive.
