We had a delightful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to Newark and Boston airports, as well as the famous Danbury Fair mall. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also enjoyed having a sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Wahied and the rest of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family, as it offers exceptional service and top-notch facilities.

Nothing could have been better

I had a great stay at a hotel in CT and NY area. The reservation process was flawless, and the check-in staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were exceptional, and the breakfast on Christmas morning was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this place. The location is perfect, giving easy access to everything nearby. The staff at reception desk were very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the extra efforts put forth by Wahied and the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The free toiletries were also a nice touch. Plus, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with great pillows.

Our one-night stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room even though we didn't have a reservation. The desk clerk, Lori, went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. We also enjoyed the included breakfast buffet, just remember to grab the vouchers at check-in. a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with fun and welcoming signage. The hotel offered great facilities and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They upgraded us to a suite without us even asking, and the young man at the front desk took care of everything smoothly. We also appreciated the extensive list of recommended restaurants provided by the hotel, which helped us find a delicious meal at the "town favorite" spot. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to a shopping mall and many good restaurants in the area.

The beds at Crowne Plaza were incredibly comfortable. I slept so well! Even though the location was a bit noisy, I put in earplugs and it didn't bother me at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to everything in the area, including good restaurants and the famous mall. In late August or early September, the weather was delightful, and the facilities were clean. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was modern, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a buffet of various options and friendly staff. The hotel also offered several other facilities that could be useful, such as a laundromat, a business center with printing, and wake-up calls.

One aspect that could be improved was the receptionist's attitude at check-in.

Spent Xmas at this hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was huge. the staff were pleasant and check-in was efficient.

This hotel could really use a facelift. Especially with so many new hotels popping up in the area!
