We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, situated in an upscale residential district near a picturesque park on the Potomac River. It was also within walking distance of the Mary Gates Center, making it perfect for attending events there. The area was quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The service was fantastic, with room service and dry cleaning available, as well as an airport shuttle and ironing facilities in our room. The free Wi-Fi also made staying connected a breeze. We appreciated the free toiletries and amenities available, including a CD player and flat-screen TV with cable. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay here a memorable one.

We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Though there were a few minor issues, like a shortage of free plug sockets and a lack of enthusiasm from some staff members, it did not take away from the overall experience.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at the hotel. The complimentary shuttle service to Old Town and the airport was a convenient perk. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the beautiful view of the Potomac River. If we had more time, we would have definitely taken advantage of the nearby public tennis courts.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a central location, just a short walk from the riverfront. Though we had a minor issue with slow restaurant service, our stay was exceptional. The hotel offers a shuttle to a nearby airport, making departure less than a two-hour process. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom and lovely views. The staff was friendly and provided us with refreshing relaxation amenities. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and made use of various convenient facilities.

The vending machine did not accept bills and there was no change machine on-site.

My room had some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff was quick to respond and fixed it right away. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the amenities are great. I had a comfortable stay at Crowne Plaza. I would recommend it.

Conveniently situated near a plethora of shops and eateries, with a free shuttle bus too. The price is great and the excellent cleanliness of the hotel room is comforting. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bar has a nice atmosphere, with an amazing view. Free parking if you stay here is a bonus.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. They offered free shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch, and there were laundry facilities and vending machines on the same floor. the location was good for exploring the nearby area, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The hotel was a bit noisy at night and the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors. the elevator was slow, but it was the only way to get to the rooms.
