the lobby was festive with nice decor for the season. elevator noise was troublesome.

Request room options with balconies for enjoyable outdoor space. The grounds offer engaging activities, and the pools, especially the chair lift, enhance accessibility.

The location is convenient for exploring Asheville, and the restaurant offered a great variety of food options. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and lacked basic amenities like exhaust fans in the bathrooms. It's a decent option for families, but updates to the rooms would enhance the experience.

Three quality swimming pools, dog-friendly policy, historic and charming property

Musty or outdated rooms could use an upgrade!!! The check-in process was chaotic, and the high shuttle fees are excessive!!! It would be preferable to provide better signage for navigating the amenities!!!

Spacious room, cozy atmosphere, with a lovely seasonal outdoor pool and accessible downtown shuttle service made exploring the area incredibly convenient.

the crowne plaza had a beautiful lobby and fantastic brunch with a variety of southern specialties (loved the biscuits and gravy! ). staff were also wonderful, especially joe the bartender and kim the restaurant manager.

some areas could use an update🙁.

Stylish interiors made the experience enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was cozy, with fun activities like playing Jenga by the fireplace. The location conveniently allowed easy access to local attractions, and my kids loved the zip lines at Adventure Town. However, the pools could consider longer hours for better family enjoyment.

We had a decent time at the place , especially enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. It was honestly the best meal we had during our whole trip , even better than the fancy spots in town.

Honestly wasn’t cheap though , got hit with almost 300 bucks for one night.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a delightful experience overall! The property is like a cozy, mountainous hug, perfect for our family adventures. The outdoor pools, especially with the chair lift for our son, created splashes of joy! Plus, the plentiful amenities, like room service and a well-equipped exercise room, made our stay feel special, akin to a mini-vacation within a vacation!

The Accessible Twin Room was great with its air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with everything you need. Loved the spa area with the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff was super nice and helpful. So many amenities like the fitness center and outdoor spaces made it a fun place to chill.

However, the aging facilities are a letdown. the air conditioning unit felt outdated, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the lack of drinking glasses and no towel racks in the bathroom further diminished the functionality of the room. Even with its charming surroundings, the overall condition calls for significant updates.
