The Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville is a luxurious property offering a plethora of wellness and fitness facilities, superb amenities, and endless entertainment options. The room I stayed in was clean and had fantastic amenities, including both outdoor and indoor pools, a spa, firepits, and a fitness center. Everything was ready as expected, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

The bathroom and beverage station in our room could use some updating. The shower looked new, but the bathroom was much smaller than I'm accustomed to.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in the mountains of Western NC. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful natural surroundings. It took a bit of effort to find it at first, but once I did, I was blown away by the design and layout of the property. It flows seamlessly, creating ample space that is both comfortable and inviting. The staff here is incredibly friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The rooms and hallways are kept spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. I especially loved the comfortable beds, which provided a great night's sleep.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic after a long day of hiking. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast. Room upgrades were available, which we took advantage of and were pleased with. a lovely stay.

I had a great time at this hotel in the mountains of Western NC. It was close to downtown but set on nice grounds with lots of activities nearby. I loved the quiet area and the wonderful customer service. The staff were very efficient and attentive to my needs. The room amenities were clean and well-maintained, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The on-site restaurant had great food at reasonable prices.

I recommend this place to my family and friends.

The New Year fireworks display from the hotel was amazing! Free champagne was offered to guests at midnight as well, which was a lovely touch. the hotel is conveniently located close to great restaurants and shops in the area. And the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking.

Our stay was not without its flaws. the room was quite outdated with a musty smell and overall just felt dirty.

Conveniently located just outside of town, only an 8-minute drive to all Asheville attractions. Friendly staff, including Vicki who provided great service. Clean and spacious rooms, well-maintained by housekeeping. Amazing breakfast with accommodating staff. Perfect location, close to everything without being in the center.

Great location. Clean, newly remodeled rooms. Comfy king size bed. Restaurant, bar, and outdoor patio with fire pit. Front desk staff were awesome. Lobby beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a wide variety of options. The resort also offered access to a nearby racquet club and spa, which added to the relaxation factor. a wonderful stay!

The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was also a key advantage, being centrally located and close to many attractions. Additionally, the mini treat pack provided during turn down service was a delightful surprise.

None of the amenities were accessible except for the outdoor kid pool. the rooms were outdated and lacked charm, which was disappointing for a romantic escape.
