We had an amazing stay at Ascend Hotel. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and Emily at the front desk was particularly helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight, with a terrific shower and luxurious amenities. We also enjoyed the neat roof-deck and the beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that included delicious muffins. Plus, the hotel offered free parking and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay.

Had a fantastic New Year experience at this hotel! The hot spring was absolutely beautiful and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The only downside was the lack of friendly bartenders at both the ground level and rooftop bars. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming and helpful staff in these areas.
