Our stay at Best Western was enjoyable and convenient as it was located close to the park, which was the purpose of our trip. the front desk staff were exceptionally kind to both me and my son. the room was clean and newly renovated, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to King's Dominion was a deciding factor for choosing this accommodation.

The location was convenient, being close to the park. the coffee bar had a decent selection of snacks, making it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.

The check-in process was frustrating, with a long wait and issues regarding my service dog. the room had maintenance issues, including a wet carpet and cigarette ashes in the shower.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and comfy rooms. First stay, staff kindly gave me water at night. All amenities are a bonus: Free Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour reception. Love the fitness center and outdoor pool. Coming back for New Year's!
