As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, and little extras like the arrival soup and cookies. The on-site breakfast was complete, although the cheese could be left out of the eggs. The location was excellent and the reception staff were polite and efficient.

No reason to complain, felt free to seek any assistance if needed.

The value for money at this hotel was great - it was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for visiting the University of Oregon, right across the street from the Matthew Knight arena. The staff, especially Tamara at the front desk, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
