I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn in New Windsor for a night due to a tough journey home from Gatwick Airport. The clean and well-decorated lobby immediately caught my attention, as did the convenience of the giant parking lot. The hotel's location was also a plus, with plenty of shopping options nearby and being close to the airport. Additionally, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a great convenience. The comfortable beds and good-sized refrigerator, along with all amenities in good working order, added to the overall satisfaction. Lastly, the management's policy of collecting towels, sheets, and waste outside the room was impressive, and the owner was welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and plenty of pillows. the bathroom was also large and had grab bars for accessibility. the hotel offered a continental breakfast with a variety of options such as cereal, yogurt, and make-your-own waffles. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants nearby.

Our non-smoking room had a strong cigarette odor, which was unpleasant. Despite requesting air freshener, it was not provided.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator was a good size. The hotel had a nice view of the lake, which added to the serene atmosphere. It was also conveniently located near the airport, Walmart, Stop N Shop, and shopping malls. The large parking lot was a plus, and we were able to reserve three rooms close to each other.

The hotel offered a spacious room with a comfortable king-sized bed, which was perfect for our romantic escape. The bathroom was also large, with convenient grab bars and a unique shower set-up that allowed us to choose the water temperature in advance. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, providing easy access to the event we were attending and other key attractions in the area.

Our experience was not without its flaws. Unfortunately, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, especially since we needed to get there early in the morning. The comfortable beds made it easy for us to relax after a long day of traveling. We were also impressed with the level of service we received. When I realized I had left my insulin in the refrigerator, the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the off-duty housekeeper who found my insulin and left it on the cart. We really appreciate their efforts!

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and I appreciated the fact that I could leave my car at the hotel for no extra charge while on my trip. The free transportation to the airport was a lifesaver, and it made my travel experience hassle-free. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated on a hillside overlooking a wooded reservoir. Additionally, the staff, especially Suhei at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was also very pleasant, with a nice variety of options and the highlight of being able to make our own delicious waffles. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Steward Intl airport and the shortline bus station was extremely convenient, making transportation a breeze. The location was excellent, with restaurants and a large Walmart nearby. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, particularly the girls at the front desk, were absolutely wonderful, showing genuine care and understanding.
