I always return for the helpful staff and great evenings. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a pool, and a bar. The 24-hour reception and laundry service are a plus. I'm coming back for Easter!

We practically lived at the beach and the three epic pools. Plus, the bar and restaurant had us covered for munchies and drinks all day. The hotel's location made it a breeze to hit up downtown Pensacola for some epic shopping and afterward, we cruised around town checking out the sights and entertainment!

We wished for more late-night activities for young adults looking to party and have a blast.

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location on the beach and the fact that there were restaurants within walking distance. As adults, we appreciated the relaxed and safe atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were nicely redone, adding to the overall positive experience. The pool area was great, and the daily breakfast included in our rate was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and having the option to have lunch or dinner at Fish Heads was very convenient. our stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning.

During our romantic escape, we loved the fact that the room was clean upon arrival and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The key location was also a major advantage as it was convenient to other entertainment and food options. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a pool and restaurant, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly like. the rooms were outdated and in need of updating.

The building had a charming old Florida beach resort vibe, while the interior was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bathrooms had modern tiled floors and showers. The beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh bedding. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of options. The staff, especially the assistant manager Chris Dennis, was exceptional. Chris was not only efficient in managing the front office but also went above and beyond by cooking burgers by the pool and taking care of the grounds. the stay was a great experience, especially for families with children, as there was a nice pool area, a splash pad, and cornhole boards.

Felt totally relaxed, no reason to complain.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for an updated room with a king-size bed and an amazing beach view. The location is perfect, right on the beach within walking distance of all restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast is included, and there are options to purchase food at the nearby Holiday Inn.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was simply wonderful.

The staff here really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They gave me excellent customer service, and I felt like I was well taken care of. The room amenities like air conditioning, free toiletries and coffee facilities, and the comfortable patio made me feel right at home. Plus, the leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing!
