Pet-friendly hotel with welcoming staff and comfortable rooms

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making our trip enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were limited and could be improved to offer a wider variety to guests.

omg, just loved the closeness to the beach and fernandina beach! 🏖️ rooms were meh but the location made up for it. Breakfast was tasty but needed some bacon. Staff was so friendly and fixed any issues quickly.

This hotel was simply amazing! the staff was very friendly and took care of our issues promptly. the housekeeping was great and kept our room clean and tidy. the breakfast in the mornings was fantastic with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. the pool area was well-maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing. the location was nice and clean, close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

One thing that could be improved is the poolside snack bar, as it lacked a variety of options. some guests were loud near the pool, which could be disruptive for those looking to relax.

The charming retro vibe and proximity to Sliders restaurant made my stay at Ocean Coast Hotel enjoyable despite noisy neighbors and hidden charges. Missed breakfast, but the kind staff accommodated. Light sleeper? Beware of external noise and mattress comfort. a decent option with room for improvement.

the rooms are lovely - very close to the beach - with lots of thoughtful amenities like beach wagons and bikes. also, free breakfast!

Just came back from a fabulous beachside getaway! LOVED the amazing service and the friendly staff. the pool area was even better than the photos. Definitely coming back!

The room at Ocean Coast Hotel at the Beach Amelia Island was larger than expected, very clean, and adequately stocked with towels and washcloths, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The hotel's location in the Amelia Island Historic District, with easy access to the beach and proximity to Seaside Park and Fort Clinch State Park, provided a delightful setting for leisurely walks and exploration.

Our room was not as soundproof as we had hoped, and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our overall experience at Ocean Coast Hotel.

Great vibe with activities galore - pool, biking, tennis, and a beach nearby. Enjoyed a cocktail, savory snacks, and a fun time at the bar. Breakfast buffet hit the spot before a day of exploring. Loved the private entrance in our room and convenient mobile key access. Free bikes were a hit with the family. Close to golf and fishing for more adventures. Super easy self-check-in option. It was a blast; I'm already planning our return trip! Cheers to sun-soaked days!

The beach access was fab - loved borrowing the bikes to pedal to the old town, plus free drinks daily were a lovely touch! The pool was just right and the parking spot in front of the room was super handy. We had a rockin' New Year's Eve in the hotel bar which was a blast! Swimming pool was great, and the hot tub rocked. The interiors need a little TLC, but overall a chill place for a good time. 👌

I keep returning for holiday. At my first stay, the staff found my lost car keys. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, on-site car park, swimming pools, jacuzzi, picnic area. It suits me perfectly.
