The location of this hotel was excellent being in the Hot Springs Park itself, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and provided all our basic needs, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

hot springs hotel & spa in thermopolis exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon. the staff went out of their way to help us, the bed was comfortable, and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

Parking lot was very dirty due to road construction.

our stay was absolutely amazing. the location was perfect, just steps away from the hot springs and beautiful parks. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the view from our room was breathtaking. we will definitely be coming back here for our next stay in Thermopolis.

The database facilities at Hot Springs Hotel & Spa were top-notch, providing all the amenities and activities one could ask for in a nature-centric getaway. The location within the Hot Springs State Park and proximity to the Big Spring allowed for easy access to the beauty of nature. The hotel's unique feature of having two entrances, one from the lobby and another directly to the parking area, added convenience in navigating the property. The bar and restaurant on-site were exceptional, offering great food and service. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable, ensuring a good start to the day. The staff, both at the front desk and in the rooms, were friendly and accommodating.

While the hotel had excellent database facilities, the property itself felt a bit outdated. Additionally, the outside appearance of the hotel was not particularly impressive.

We were delighted to find that breakfast was included in our stay, and we loved the convenience of having a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site. The pool and mineral hot tub were a real treat, and we made good use of the well-equipped weight room. The customer service was top-notch, with a special shout-out to Alex at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

The staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were a nice way to unwind after a long day of work. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast options were top-notch. The hotel's decor added a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance, and being on the first floor was a great convenience.

The room had a noticeable unpleasant odor that we had to mask with air freshener from a nearby supermarket. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hallways and stair landings left much to be desired.

The location is amazing with easy access to hot springs and a mineral pool at the hotel. There are also big parks nearby. The rooms are great with opening windows that overlook the state park. The natural springs hot tub is incredible and we got to see beautiful wildlife. We even caught rainbow trout right outside our door. The hotel is in a nice location, with a walkable park across the street. We could easily walk to the Dinosaur Museum, hot springs, and the bridge. The mineral water hot tub was fantastic, offering both a large 103 degree area and a smaller 113 degree tub. The room was clean and warm, and it had convenient access to the hall and parking lot. The highlight was the restaurant, with its friendly staff and surprisingly good food. Despite the decor of dead animals on the walls, the experience was pleasant when we focused on the people and food. It was also interesting to see how they converted an old school building into a hotel.

As a group of friends, we loved the excellent location next to the river and within easy walking distance of Hot Springs State Park and the Water Park. The on-site pool and hot pool were great, and the comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms were a plus. The hot springs at the hotel were okay, and the plenty of parking and on-site restaurant were convenient. a great experience.

Hot Springs Hotel & Spa was the perfect stop on our roadtrip to Montana. We stayed for one night and had a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a state-run hot springs bath house, which we enjoyed taking an early morning dip in. The surrounding area had plenty of activities, including the incredible Wyoming Dinosaur Center. The front desk attendant, Rhiannon, was kind and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
