The view was awesome, away from downtown. Friendly staff. Resort offered fun events and amenities like pool and sauna. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen.

Everything was spot on.

The layout of the unit was great, with lots of windows and a balcony. The size of the beds and the ceiling fans were also a plus. The staff was always helpful and accommodating.

The recliner didn't work and the coffee pot carafe was broken. The lack of amenities in the kitchen, like a bottle of dish soap and a complete set of silverware, was also inconvenient.

During my Christmas stay at this resort, I really liked the stunning view from my room. It was absolutely breathtaking and added to the overall ambiance of the holiday season. Additionally, having a kitchen in the room was very convenient as it allowed me to prepare my own meals and saved me money on dining out. Furthermore, the location of the resort was ideal, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the beds in the room were not as firm as I would have liked and were a bit noisy.

The view of the Smokies was breathtaking and the partial view of the golf course was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The resort offered wine and cheese on Friday evenings and a Tennessee style Octoberfest on Saturdays with delicious food and live music. The recreational center with the pool table and air hockey was a hit, although be sure to bring quarters to play. The indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were perfect for relaxation. The lighted tennis courts were a nice addition, although we didn't get a chance to play. The location was great - away from the downtown life but still close enough to access everything we wanted. We especially loved being able to easily drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park, with Gatlinburg on the way.

We felt very much at home during our stay and have absolutely no complaints to mention.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The view from my unit was absolutely breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, especially when we arranged a wedding there for my best friend. They set up the sundeck with chairs and a decorated arch for the ceremony, and the pavilion was perfect for the reception. The food was delicious, with only a couple of minor errors that were quickly fixed. The location was ideal, as it was only a short drive away from downtown and all the attractions. this resort provided a perfect backdrop for a small wedding and a great getaway!
