My friends and I had a blast at the casino - so many slot machines and table games to choose from. The one-stop shop made it easy for us to grab snacks and drinks to keep the party going all night long.

We wished there were more late-night food options to fuel our late-night adventures.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and stylish room at Del Lago Resort & Casino. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the casino and easily head up to our room whenever we wanted. The staff treated us kindly and the check-in process was handled smoothly by the outstanding Val.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, just off the highway, close to outlet shopping and the casino. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the staff from reception through to check-out, who were friendly and helpful. In addition, we enjoyed the spa facilities, and the fact that there was free wi-fi, free parking and late check-in/out availability.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at a casino resort in Waterloo. The room was beautiful and the amenities were top-notch. The spa was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The front desk staff, especially Val, provided superb service. The food at Sociale was absolutely delicious and the wait staff were terrific.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the full-size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the entire resort was immaculately clean. The check-in service, complete with a glass of champagne, was a nice touch. From the cozy seating area to the fluffy pillows, every detail made my stay enjoyable. Plus, being close to the premium outlets was a bonus!

They provided everything I could possibly need, from a coffee maker and blow dryer to bathrobes and complimentary spa products. The staff was exceptional and made me feel like a VIP. The hotel is strategically located, making it the perfect base to explore the Ontario and Finger Lakes region. a high-end hotel at a bargain price. 5-star accommodation indeed!

It's conveniently close to outlet shopping, just a stone's throw away from the highway. The rooms were nice and clean, with complementary sundries that were a nice touch. The temperature control was easy to adjust and the morning staff was very friendly. Parking was also easy and there was a short walk to the casino floor. The champagne on arrival was a great touch, and there were complimentary water bottles on the nightstands. The hotel was also conveniently located, being only a 10-minute drive from the Waterloo outlet mall and close to many wineries in the Finger Lakes region. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The spacious king room had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with nice bath products provided.

There were a few issues during our stay. The front desk person had trouble checking us in and lost our reservation, and her attitude was a bit grumpy.
