I recently stayed at Delamar in West Hartford for my wedding day preparations. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The mini bar was well stocked with a variety of items, and the solid walls ensured a quiet room. The breakfast had plenty of options and the employees were attentive. I loved the dimming ceiling light fixture which was not glaring, and the Leviton nightlight in the bathroom was a great touch.

The staff were polite and attentive, offering beverages at check-in and ensuring a restful night. Additionally, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the employees were attentive. The adjustable Leviton nightlight in the bathroom was a great feature that I didn't often see in other hotels.

The towels were old and hard, signaling a need for new linens throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers complimentary valet parking upon arrival and is conveniently located right next to West Hartford center, giving us easy access to stores, restaurants, and the police station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely accommodating and even offered us beverages at check-in. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the ala-carte restaurant.

We loved staying at this posh and stylish hotel in the heart of West Hartford. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The outdoor dining area, although we couldn't use it due to the rain, looked lovely and added to the charm of the property. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, going above and beyond to help us. A special shoutout to the valet gentleman who offered his assistance with our car trouble without us even asking. The manager also upgraded us to a room with a tub, which made for a truly relaxing and indulgent experience. The little details, like the inviting fragrance and complimentary beverages at check-in, made our stay even more enjoyable. As Tesla enthusiasts, we were thrilled to find out that the hotel is a Tesla Destination Hotel. It's definitely a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in West Hartford's Blue Back town center.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in West Hartford. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the Trout Brook and the hills beyond. It's also conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offers a delicious full breakfast every morning, which was such a generous treat. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel made my stay truly memorable.
