The staff was fabulous, professional, and friendly. The facility was awesome with a great pool, beach lounge, and restaurant. The entrance to pool parties was a plus.

If you're thinking about staying in South Beach, you may want to consider a different option. The rooms are small and lack proper cleaning. The front desk staff can be dismissive and unhelpful, leaving you feeling unsatisfied with the service. On the other hand, the Beach Club staff provides an amazing experience and the pool and bar area are lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling Lincoln Rd shops, allowing for easy access to the vibrant atmosphere.

The housekeeping staff can be loud and disruptive, starting their work early in the morning, which can disturb your peaceful stay.

Our recent stay at a beachfront hotel in Miami was superb. The facilities may have been a bit outdated, but the experience was amazing thanks to the friendly and attentive personnel. We loved the stylish ambience and the pool bar's cocktails were the best we've ever had. The breakfast was delicious and served in a nice atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and stylish weekend retreat. we had a fantastic time.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a well-equipped fitness center, which were both convenient amenities during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, with easy access to the beach and various attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and provided prompt service throughout my city break.

I was disappointed with certain aspects of my stay. The decor of the hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation. There were stains on the curtains and walls in the room, and the bathrooms appeared run down. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent and did not always provide bottled water or turn down service. The lack of basic information about the facilities and the slow service at breakfast were also frustrating. Finally, the loud music around the pool area was excessive and disruptive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. We enjoyed the relaxing Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool with its exclusive Jacuzzi. The private beach access was also a great feature, providing a tranquil escape from the busy location. We appreciated the Entertainment provided by the bar and lounge area.

The noise from the nearby night club affected our sleep, and despite the continental breakfast being delicious, it was limited in choice. this hotel provided an exclusive and luxurious experience, with exceptional service and amenities. Its incredible location makes it a must-stay hotel in South Beach.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay in South Florida! The complimentary drinks and treats by the pool were a nice touch, and the beach was just a short walk away. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the friendly staff.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The room could have used a refresh, as the couch was a bit stained and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Additionally, we were disappointed with the lack of poolside service - we had to go to the bar to order food and drinks. though, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Great location, awesome pool area, and friendly staff. Upgraded room and special wedding surprise. Lack of deckchairs, but early birds get the best spots. A popular spot in Miami.
