I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff, from check-in to the pool and beach staff, were absolutely fabulous. They were attentive, helpful, and made our mother/daughter trip truly memorable. The property itself is lovely, with beautiful rooms and a stunning pool area. The location is perfect, right on the beach with its own beach area. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

The Delano is the epitome of luxury and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The pool area was the highlight of our trip, with attentive bartenders and staff members who made sure we had everything we needed. The food menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We also appreciated the opportunity to connect with other guests and make new friends. our experience at the Delano was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The beach attendants at the hotel were amazing! They provided excellent service and took care of our needs. They were friendly, helpful, and even gave us recommendations on hotspots in the area. It made our beach experience truly enjoyable. Another positive aspect was the trendy atmosphere of the hotel. the design by Starck was impressive and added to the overall style of the place. the lounge music playing in the background was a nice touch and created a great ambiance.

There were several negatives during our stay. the hotel had noise issues, especially at night.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room had incredibly soft sheets and bedding, making for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Great value for the money, the room was stylish and spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and Ocean Drive. The staff was exceptional, especially Patty at the pool who was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was fabulous, with a fantastic pool bar and great music. The atmosphere was laid back yet chic, creating a very pleasant experience.

The morning meal could have been better, as one thing that could be improved is the breakfast options.

The pool and patio area were beautiful and created a great atmosphere during the day. We had an amazing stay at this hotel on Collins Avenue. The atmosphere by the pool and the walk through the hallway were breathtaking. The pool was great and the bar staff, especially Nina, was fabulous. The all-white room was different but good, and the bed was perfect. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed were both great. The staff was nice and helpful, and the concierge, Vili, went above-and-beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location practically on the beach was a huge advantage.

The hotel offers great bars, a vibrant scene, and excellent service. The beach setup, club, and pool are amazing. Conveniently located near Lincoln Road and other hotels with good dining options. A short walk to Ocean Drive. The entire hotel is beautifully designed and feels like a private wonderland. Perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Staff made us feel looked after, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They were attentive and accommodating, especially considering we had a 5-month-old baby.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room on the 12th floor, amazing city views, and a huge bed. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach and Ocean Drive. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Jeremy at the bar who kept the drinks flowing and Sole who always found us the perfect spot by the pool.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more options to choose from.

The location was also ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions like Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and the New World Symphony. We also appreciated the beautiful city views from our high-floor room. The daily one-line poetic phrases written on the mirror in the elevator lobby were a lovely touch and set a positive tone for our days.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bathrooms in the hotel were small and could be challenging to use, especially for two guests getting ready at the same time.
