Clean and spacious room with charming Route 66 decorations. Great location right on Route 66 and close to the junction to the Grand Canyon. Within walking distance of nearby restaurants and a pizza and bar outside the city with fantastic lemonade and Hawaiian pizza. The staff, especially Kim, were very accommodating and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The heater in the room was extremely noisy and inefficient, with only two speeds - loud and super loud. It never turned off when the desired temperature was achieved, forcing me to choose between a room filled with dry air and constant noise, or freezing temperatures with the heater off.

The parking right in front of the door was really useful. The price was really a great deal, considering the position in one of the cutest towns on Route 66. Seligman is a small, cute town filled with typical details like old cars and fuel stations. The variety of shops and merchandise along the route is amazing!
