The staff was responsive and addressed any issues promptly. We also appreciated the modern appliances and the sense of security with key code access.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Sonder. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. It was located near the French Market, Jazz Museum, and other landmarks. There were plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance. The room itself was spacious with a kitchen and living room, and the high ceiling added to its charm. The bath was amazing with a large and deep tub. we enjoyed our stay and felt it was worth every penny.

Great location - The hotel was conveniently located near various activities and landmarks, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were able to visit popular places like the French Market, Jazz Museum, and Jackson Square, all within walking distance. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and street food stalls.

Noise issues - Unfortunately, our stay was marred by noise problems. The hotel was located near a loud nightclub, and we could hear the heavy beats and music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.

The noise from nearby clubs was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep before 2am on weekends. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with a cockroach found upon arrival and dirty floors.

Spent a fantastic Christmas at this hidden gem! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of all the action and close to all the key attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of utensils. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to address any issues during our stay.

While the exposed brick walls added character, the room did have a slight damp smell. Additionally, there could have been more utensils for cooking meals.
