We loved our stay at the hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, with everything this city has to offer right on our doorstep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking, ensuring our car was safe and secure during our visit.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the main attractions and offering easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing us with a cozy and enjoyable space to relax after a long day of exploring.

The one downside of our stay was the lack of a pool. We were really hoping to spend some time swimming, especially during the hot summer weather in Chico.

It was just a short walk away from downtown, allowing me to easily visit restaurants, shops, and other attractions.

The upgrade we received was a pleasant surprise, and the in-room TV/stereo system was impressive. The highlight of our stay was the fabulous brunch. Each dish we ordered was perfect and we even had the chance to chat with Chef Michael about the ingredients. The hotel's willingness to take food risks, like adding cumin to steak, resulted in outstanding flavors. I'll recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas in this amazing hotel and it was the best decision ever! the staff was extremely welcoming, offering us complementary cookies and hot chocolate as soon as we arrived. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, perfect for short walks around the main attractions. the room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view of the city skyline. One of the best aspects of our stay was the complementary champagne bottle that awaited us in the room, a great way to start the celebrations!

Honestly, we have nothing bad to say about this hotel. the only downside, if you can call it that, is that since it's located in the main downtown area, it can get a bit noisy at night.
