doubletree by hilton had a great location close to the airport, which was super convenient after our flight was canceled. the shower had incredible water pressure, and the staff were outstanding—especially rachel and michelle, who made my stay feel special!

Rooms could use better cleanliness standards – I found dirty items. The check-in was a disorganized mess!!! The shower head was low, and the lack of in-room refrigerators puzzled me!!! Parking availability posed challenges!!! Please improve maintenance on fixtures!!!

Charlotte Airport. The staff at check-in were polite, and I enjoyed the warm cookie welcome. However, my room had some cleanliness issues and the furniture appeared dated. Overall, it served its purpose for a brief stay.

I loved hanging out at the cozy pool area and making use of the decent gym during my stay. The only downside was a slight hiccup with my payment, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend checking out the warm cookies at check-in. they’re a nice treat! 🍪

The King Room I stayed in was decent. It had a super comfy bed, which is crucial before a long flight. The air conditioning was a bit loud, though. it felt like a diesel truck at times. Happy to say the water pressure in the shower was awesome, really gets you going in the morning! I also loved the updated bathroom. Overall, not a bad place to crash for a night. Oh, and don’t forget the warm cookie at check-in! 🍪

The King Room I stayed in was comfy, really loved the bed! The shower had solid water pressure too. Just a heads up, though, the air conditioning was kinda loud, like a diesel engine at times. this place is pretty close to the airport, only like 15 min away. the shuttle service is super helpful and even comes every 30 mins. the bed in my room was sooo comfy, best sleep i had in a while. also, the staff were really nice and even helped with my online shopping deliveries. and oh, don’t forget those warm cookies at check-in, they’re a nice touch! 🍪

It was just an excellent fit for a brief sojourn in Charlotte with good value considering the price it charged. The gentleman who took me to the airport was very nice and made the trip enjoyable despite the hassle. Check the shuttle schedule ahead of time to avoid long waits.
