The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when I made a booking mistake. The location was perfect, with a large mall and great restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were bright and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast.

Convenient access to the highway made it easy to travel around the area. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, with fast food places right behind the hotel. The service was quick and friendly during the check-in and check-out process.

The noise level from the nearby major roadway was consistently high. The thin room walls made it easy to hear the conversations and movements of neighboring guests.

My family and I had a wonderful stay close to two major shopping centers and the entertainment district. The hotel staff were friendly and picked us up from the mall. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the free Wi-Fi. Plus, the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby shopping centers and restaurants.

This hotel is located right near North Park mall on 75, which is a very nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were friendly, and the basic amenities were provided just as expected. The room was very comfortable, with a great view from the window. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated having a sofa bed too. Plus, breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice touch.

We got great value for our money, with a spacious and well-insulated room that had a modernized feel. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping centers and a DART station. The staff at Doubletree were incredibly courteous, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering more options instead of just grab bags. It would have been nice to have a choice of items instead of a set menu.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near popular shopping centers such as Northpark and the Shops at Park Lane, making it easy for me to indulge in some last-minute holiday shopping. Additionally, the staff members were welcoming and provided a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects of my experience that left much to be desired. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The lobby had a pleasant smell and a gorgeous design. The staff, including the black woman who checked me in, provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. The view from our room on the 12th floor was amazing. The shower had great water pressure and the towels were fluffy and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and the restaurant staff were excellent. The free shuttle and chilled water and cookies were nice amenities.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for business, and I couldn't have been happier. The front desk clerk, Caroline, was incredibly sweet and made me feel so welcome. The entire staff was genuinely kind, which is a rarity these days. They had fresh cookies and fruit water waiting for me at check-in, and even though I arrived early, my room was available right away. The check-in process was fast, and the room service was excellent. I requested a razor, and it was promptly delivered. Plus, our room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, which made it feel incredible.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent- made to order and best gravy and biscuits. Free shuttle to nearby places. Big rooms, comfortable beds and quaint bar. Close to all nightlife areas- Greenville, McKinney and Top Golf.
