The value for money was great, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, especially if you need to visit the convention center or Ford Arena. The staff provided excellent customer service and the warm chocolate chip cookies were a delightful touch.

One thing that could make the breakfast selection better is to have more options included with the buffet.

The room service was prompt, affordable, and delicious. We loved being able to choose the delivery time. Check-in/out was a breeze and we were even able to check-in early. The attached parking garage and proximity to the Ford Center made it an ideal location for our night out. The room itself was clean and pleasant.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to parking. the bed in the room was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was kind and helpful in addressing any issues or concerns.

The housekeeping staff was not up to par during my stay. They did not clean the room for the entire duration of my stay, despite repeated requests.

Using the app, I was able to request an upgrade to a spacious corner king suite. It was perfect for both work and leisure, with a generous couch and ample space. The hotel's location was ideal, especially for those attending the convention center or Ford Arena. There were also plenty of excellent dining options nearby. The hotel even had a Starbucks inside and a great breakfast buffet. Don't forget to ask about the additional menu items included with breakfast!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient and the shuttle service was a great plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The corner king suite we got through the app was huge and perfect for both work and relaxation. The hotel's location was ideal for attending events at the adjacent Ford Center and being within walking distance to great restaurants in the downtown area. Cleanliness was top-notch, from the lobby area to our comfortable and cozy bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service, always with a smile on their faces. Additionally, the hotel facilities were gorgeous, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks inside. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we could also order off the menu.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of everything. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Best of all, breakfast was included in our rate and it was amazing! The made-to-order eggs were delicious.

All was okay.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This place is situated in the heart of the city which made it very convenient for me to get around. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room clean and tidy. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus, and I appreciated having a sitting area to relax in. The seasonal outdoor pool was also a great feature that I enjoyed using.

I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room rate. However, the dining restaurant had a great selection of food and I found the prices to be reasonable.

We stayed in a downtown hotel that was close to some great restaurants. The river walk was just a few steps away from the hotel and it was really nice to take a stroll. We also went to the event center to enjoy a concert and it was just a few minutes away from our hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that one needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a good breakfast and enjoyed the gym facilities.

There was a lack of lunch and dinner options, but the small bar area for adults was not enough.

Our stay at Doubletree By Hilton was relaxing and inviting. The modern amenities and decor made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with great dining options nearby. we recommend this hotel.
