The staff was great and very helpful! Room and furnishings were excellent.

Valet service was so slow! The common areas needed better cleanliness.

absolutely terrible! the 'double' room was so small, I was practically sharing it with the furniture. and the valet? Lost our keys for an hour. can’t they keep track of a simple keyring? with how miserable this stay was, you’d think a complimentary cookie would be in order, but I guess that’s just too much to ask. truly disappointing.

from Larry and Jordon at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I did face a delay with my breakfast order at the restaurant, which took about 45 minutes. Overall, the experience was positive despite a few hiccups.

The valet service was convenient but pricey at $55 a night. The restaurant's wait for food felt excessive, and some amenities like shampoo were lacking. However, the breakfast buffet was decent despite the cost.

The triangular room was quirky but comfy. The location was killer, just a walk away from all the action!

Exceeded expectations

I spent three nights at a downtown hotel and had a minor issue with my credit card during check-in. Thankfully, the front desk staff quickly sorted it out, arranging a room for me at a nearby location for the first night. The rest of my stay went smoothly with nice amenities, like the lively bar with local music. I enjoyed some good country tunes at the hotel, which reminded me of home.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the kids loved the easy access to the Ryman Auditorium for some live music. it was just a short walk from the hotel. The location was perfect, making it simple to explore everything Nashville has to offer.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.
