The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport. The hotel was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff was friendly and the complimentary cookies were amazing. Another great perk was the free bottled water and the gift given upon check-in. I also appreciated the early check-in and keyless entry for Hilton Honors members.

Conveniently located near downtown Tempe, with easy access to freeways and major highways. the design of the property was appealing and easy to navigate. the room was comfortable, with a nice bed and a large TV. the on-site dining options were tasty, and the gym had all the necessary equipment. the pool was quiet and had plenty of lounge chairs, and the towels were soft.

There were some issues with cleanliness, as we had to change rooms due to a marijuana smell and found blood on the sheets in the second room. the noise level at 1am was disruptive.

Secondly, the staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel welcomed and taken care of throughout your stay. The attention to detail, such as providing free bottles of water and allowing early check-in, really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the rooms are well-maintained and offer good amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a pull-out bed provided extra convenience. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, giving me a great start to each day.

Unexpected Stay. Our flight was cancelled and we received a voucher for the hotel. Staff provided excellent service, including a free shuttle to and from the airport. They were professional and made sure our stay was comfortable. Room was cozy and I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel.
