The pool area has a relaxing atmosphere.

I had significant issues during my stay. First, the hot tub was cold, which completely ruined our plans to unwind. Then, when I reached out about the AC not working upon arrival, I was promised assistance, but nothing ever materialized. To make matters worse, I encountered a leak in the entrance area that felt unprofessional for a Hilton brand hotel. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Elevators were super slow, making it a hassle at times, but the staff was lovely and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety on offer. Chur!

Checked into a king suite, but it was a bit grimy, like I’d stepped into a frat house! The pool was delightful though, a bright spot in this operation. Honestly, with a little TLC, this place could shine!

My room felt like the sauna at a gym—who needs that on vacation? Plus, the elevators were basically ancient relics. I half expected them to start creaking like a horror movie!

We had a memorable trip to the fairgrounds, and the free shuttle service was a lifesaver, even if the organization was a bit chaotic! The highlight was ordering drinks by the pool, though they could be slow on service some days.

It wasn't inexpensive either, but it did have its moments worth the price.

I truly enjoyed my stay since I was just a short walk away from the serene Powerhouse Park and the vibrant shopping and dining area of One Paseo, making it easy to explore San Diego's charm on foot while soaking in the local scenery and atmosphere.

The staff was super friendly and even asked if we wanted some cookies! The amenities were solid, with an outdoor pool and nice sun terrace for relaxing.

Super comfy beds and linens, felt right at home! The staff were such legends, really helpful and friendly. The pool area was lekker for chilling out after a day at the beach. Plus, there were great amenities like a hairdryer and the toiletries were decent too.

Only bummer was the parking fee, it’s a bit of a downer when you're just wanting to chill without hidden costs.

The location, the shuttle service, the cleanliness, the friendliness – all made for a stellar experience!

the bar closes earlier than expected on weekends, drinks are overpriced. also, wifi was slow at first but improved the next day.

The room was clean, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate a room change to a mobility-accessible one upon arrival. Enjoyed the delicious hamburgers at the on-site restaurant. However, the shower wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were maintenance issues with the door lock that resulted in an injury. Lastly, the slow elevators made getting around the hotel a bit frustrating.
