The staff were welcoming and always helpful, and the service was flawless. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. Despite not having a car, I found it easy to combine the airport shuttle with the train to explore downtown. The hotel's bayfront location also made it ideal for walking or jogging. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to San Francisco.
