I recently stayed at a hotel in Syracuse that exceeded my expectations. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to both the airport and local attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the newly renovated tavern on-site provided a great atmosphere for enjoying a meal or drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. My room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast options were plentiful and offered a wide variety of choices.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel is worth the price with comfortable, firm beds, and a very clean room. The breakfast buffet has tons of options and offers a great start to the day. Additionally, the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional support for our meeting at Doubletree By Hilton. The catering manager personally greeted me upon check-in and ensured that the meeting room was set up and ready to go. Any minor requests were promptly accommodated. The next morning, the assistant manager and engineering staff checked in to ensure everything was working smoothly. The hotel went above and beyond with their level of support.

My experience at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Syracuse was not without its flaws. The check-in process was unfriendly and stern, and the room temperature was set to an uncomfortable 35 F. I also encountered issues with cleanliness, with garbage on the floor, a dirty bathroom mirror, and stained bedding.

Great location and appealing hotel. the conference rooms and areas were very nice. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean.

Housekeeping was disappointing. My bed skirts had fresh stains that appeared to be bodily fluids.

Great breakfast, comfy bed, friendly front desk. No airport shuttle but taxi paid cash. Convenient surprise.

Breakfast buffet priced at 14.99, good food, omelet chef gave us cheese grits for the Florida State football team. Service was good, extra pillows provided. Polite staff, great room service with lots of food. Lovely pools with plenty of towels. Clean facilities and amenities like fridge, microwave, and safe in room. Honors floor was fabulous. Prompt delivery of extra blanket. My daughters love the cookies.

The banquet space, food, and service were all great at this hotel. the front desk agents were also very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelettes. the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub were a great addition and made for a very relaxing stay.

The hotel room was on the smaller side and lacked attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. I found dead bugs in a light fixture, which was not a pleasant surprise.
