The hotel needs extensive renovations!!! The air conditioning was ineffective, room temperatures were uncomfortable, and several amenities were disappointingly non-operational!!! The elevators were frustratingly slow, leading to cumbersome travel throughout the building!!!

Room was tidy but the noise from the hallway was rough. Staff were heaps friendly and the food was top-notch. Just the noise kept me up all night!

Staff was incredibly courteous, making our check-in smooth and efficient. The warm cookies at arrival were a delightful treat that brightened our first impression.

Despite the welcoming atmosphere, I found the bathrooms slippery and dangerously in need of a thorough cleaning after a previous guest.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the zoo and gardens. Overall, it met my basic needs for a short stay before heading back to New York.

Improvised breakfast options were lekker! Freshly cooked eggs and omelets were just what we needed. The location's a total score too—easy access to shops and attractions. The friendly staff? Ag man, they made our stay so much better!

The cookie left behind echoes negligence. Paying $208 for this experience feels unjust. Proceed with caution if you choose to stay here.

The room was pretty clean and the two double beds were comfy, really good for a solo traveler like me. doubletree by hilton has a great location right off the lobby and offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. the indoor pool is a nice bonus for relaxing after a long day. i enjoyed the decent coffee at the beverage station each morning, making it easy to start the day right.
