Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Great location for first-time NY visitors, walking distance to most attractions. Housekeeping kept room tidy for 5 days. Comfy beds and pillows. Front desk staff were wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for our family of four, with modern furnishings and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a free fridge and microwave that you don't often find in 4-star hotels. The location couldn't be better, right on the outskirts of Times Square, making it convenient for us to explore all the main sights and spots. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the delicious cookies at reception!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Its location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. I loved how close it was to the toy store with the ferris wheel and the Good Morning America taping location. Additionally, the service was fantastic. The staff members, from the receptionists to the doorman, were all very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with all of the amenities provided in the room too, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a nice sitting area. Plus, the staff promised to comp me two nights for the price of four, which I thought was very generous.

If you're traveling with your family, this place might not be the most helpful. The staff at the concierge desk and the doorman weren't as accommodating, which made it a little difficult to get assistance.

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of all attractions and with easy access to transport. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the warm cookie upon arrival was a delicious touch. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. The hotel bar was also worth a visit, and the staff were always helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and excellent service.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance. We loved being able to easily explore the city without having to carry our bags around all day. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was great. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms, which allowed us to have our own space and enjoy some downtime after a busy day exploring.

One downside of our stay was the noise level in the hotel. We could hear street noise from outside, as well as noise from other rooms.

Aside from the unbeatable location, the hotel offers great services, a convenient bar, and rooms that are spacious with fantastic views, especially those overlooking Times Square.

The view from the room is breathtaking, overlooking the Hudson River and Times Square.
