The apartment itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking a charming garden. The hosts, Oksana and Danae, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dryer. The eclectic furniture and artwork added to the unique charm of the place. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Memphis.

I loved that I could control the air and heat, and they even had a fan available for us fan sleepers. the big screen TV had both direct TV and all the apps, so I could use my own log in. the location was also perfect, right in the middle of everything.

We stayed at Downtown Memphis Shellcrest Apartments for a weekend getaway. The little touches like coffee, snacks, and treats, as well as the chic and fun decor, made our stay feel special. The high-quality linens and extra throw blankets added a cozy touch, and the backyard was a beautiful space for our kids to play. Communication with the staff was excellent, with crystal clear directions and immediate responses to any questions. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see just a short drive away.

our romantic escape at this boutique hotel was a great experience. the beautifully decorated apartment created a relaxing and cozy atmosphere for us. the attention to detail was impressive, from the beautiful candles and incense sticks to the snacks and coffee pods provided. We also appreciated the real dishes and the embroidered towel sets, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and a safe and secure neighborhood.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the exterior door did not lock properly, which raised some security concerns for us.

The location was excellent, central to everything. The apartment was absolutely brilliant, from the decor to the comfortable beds. The large shower was a bonus, and the nice back garden with a place to sit after a day's exploring was really enjoyable. The host, Oksana, was a dream and was always on the end of the phone to help with recommended places and entry to the apartment. Car parking on the road was easy, right outside the apartment. A nice breakfast place was conveniently located across the road.

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Additionally, it was conveniently located near Sun Studio and Memphis Tour Company. the apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee machine, which was a nice bonus. the hot water in the shower was reliable, and the wifi connection was strong.

One negative aspect of the apartment was the overwhelming stale perfume smell that greeted me upon arrival. the bedding and air were permeated with this fragrance for the duration of my stay.
