The communication with the office was excellent, as they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns. The staff's punctuality was also commendable, always arriving on time for check-in and check-out. Despite the thin walls and doors, which allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be heard, the overall experience was enjoyable. The vibrant atmosphere of Miami's South Beach made it a great place for a variety of vacations, from relaxing on the beach to enjoying the nightlife.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is situated on a quiet street, just two blocks away from the beach. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Espanola Way, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. I found it easy to walk to Lincoln Road mall and Whole Foods within 10-20 minutes. The apartment itself was new, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed, including a washer, dryer, sofa bed.

Palma Suites South Beach was just a 2-minute walk from Espanola Way and a 4-minute walk from Ocean Drive, the beach, and Lincoln Road Mall. the apartment had a modern decor, was clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Despite the rooms not being huge, they were more than enough for a comfortable stay. the gated facility made me feel safe, and the key lock added an extra layer of security.

The location was convenient, with a Walgreens and strip of shops within walking distance. Despite being on the top floor, there was no noise disruption. The AC worked well, and the room was equipped with plenty of towels, cookware, and eating ware. The TV had cable, and the pull-out couch was a decent size.
