Even with ongoing remodeling, our stay was cozy and perfect. Coming back to a clean and comfortable space after a day of exploring was wonderful. the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a special touch that the eggs came from the farm. There were plenty of beverage options and evening wine and cheese offerings. the yoga/reading/quiet room upstairs was a great spot to relax.

We didn't have time to visit the nearby beach. It would have been better if we had a room with our own bathroom.

I recently stayed at the charming Dungeness Barn House and had the most delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the magical touches and stunning decor. The view of the sound was absolutely amazing, and the well-maintained grounds with a deck by the beach were an added bonus. The hospitality provided by Clare was exceptional, and the food served was both delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I also loved the unique features like the greenhouse, the chickens, and the small pond with a waterfall. it was the best property I have ever stayed at, and I can't wait to return!
