The hotel's location was amazing! We were able to walk to all the action, including great restaurants, unique stores, and even skiing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a much-needed good night's sleep. Bonus: the boutique hotel feel was lovely and cozy, giving us a home away from home vibe.

Not all rooms had a TV, and there was no A/C. While not a huge deal, it did make cooling down the room at night a little challenging.

The location of this place was perfect, everything we needed was just a short walk away. The manager, Gareth, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! We got a great night's sleep. The continental breakfast was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and convenient stay.

This hotel provided us with an outstanding level of luxury during our stay. The service was impressive and the staff exceeded our expectations, meeting all our unique needs. Our room was furnished with exclusive amenities and the in-room breakfast was just perfect. Additionally, the bar/lounge area was cozy and sophisticated, providing a great atmosphere to relax and socialize with other guests.

Although our stay at this hotel was amazing, there was one thing that didn't quite meet our expectations. Unfortunately, the private facilities that were advertised were not fully operational during our visit.
