We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location on Duval St, which made it very convenient for us to explore everything in Key West. We loved that everything downtown was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and museums. The breakfast provided by the hotel was fresh and delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even offered us a free drink and a personal tour at the beginning of our stay.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a great variety of healthy and comfort food choices. The location of the hotel allowed for easy walking access to many nearby attractions.

I had an amazing stay at the Duval House Bed & Breakfast. The set up and location were perfect, right in the heart of Duval Street. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with a smile. The owner, John, went above and beyond when I had an emergency late one night. The property was incredibly relaxing, especially with its lush outdoor and secluded tropical gardens. The breakfast staff were also incredibly helpful. My room, number 30, was great with shelves of books and a quiet AC. It was a peaceful haven away from the noise of Duval Street. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to Mallory Square and close to Hemingway's House.

I loved this place! It's in the perfect location, right in the heart of the action. I could walk everywhere easily. The staff was so courteous from the time I made my reservation. The garden area was gorgeous and there was live entertainment. I also loved the pool, it was heated and had sun loungers. The breakfast was delicious too and there were picnic areas with tables available. Cons: I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action on Duval Street. We loved being able to walk out the front entrance and be surrounded by the fun activities and tourist sites of the historic district.

The noise at night, especially from the motorcycles that were not muffled, could be quite bothersome. It would be great if the city could address this issue to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
