Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the soft and plush robes, the high-quality toiletries, and the comfortable bed linens, which made us feel pampered throughout our stay. The outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely ambience. The location of this hotel was convenient with easy access to various attractions in the city. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations.

Although our stay at this hotel was amazing, we faced one minor issue. The virtual key that we were given to access the building did not function properly, and we had to make several calls to the management to open the door.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The QR code check-in was easy to use. there were reserved parking spots for each room which was really helpful. The renovated mill district, with food, breweries, and a distillery, was nearby and only a 5-minute drive away.

The location wasn't ideal, as there weren't many places to eat or drink nearby. my room faced the street, which made it noisy at night.

My recent stay at Dye House in Providence was a unique experience. The repurposed industrial space had a modern aesthetic that I really appreciated. The design of my Loft room was top-notch, showcasing the quality and attention to detail. The responsive and friendly staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. It served as a great "home base" as I explored Providence. The location was also convenient, especially for visiting Federal Hill or attending events at LaSalle Academy. I could sense the potential for this hotel to become even cooler in the future.

The hotel provides great service, promptly delivering an iron and ironing board upon request.
